How To Use

For detox / chelation:
1. Mix 1 dessert spoon of Vitamin C Powder in a glass of water (250ml). Mix well until powder dissolves in the water.
2. Add 1 tsp of bi-carb soda. Mix quickly and drink
Best taken in the morning with supplements
